Located at Faro’s dockside, battle vessels, ships of famous explorers and models of fishing craft used by local seafarers are maintained and kept on view for visitors.

Cathedral (Se)
Possibly the best view of Cidade Velha can be experienced by climbing the Gothic tower of this church and gazing out across the rooftops. This cathedral sits along a peaceful square complete with an orange grove. The building itself combines features from Renaissance and Gothic styles, along with a collection of extraordinary azulejos inside.
