Albufeira

The Moorish influence remains visible in Albufeira, possible because this was one of the last cities conquered by the Christians during the 1400s. It can be seen in the appearance of the buildings that line the hillside streets of this resort town, busy with families in the summer and older vacationers as the season wanes.
